I’m having issues with an appraiser who has put in the wrong description for our property & won’t amend it. Our loan company has sent 3 requests to amend & he will not do it. We have proof from Bcad & also from past appraisals that he’s wrong but to no avail. We are going to lose our loan refinancing because of his refusal to amend. From his reviews I see he’s done similar things to others causing them issues with getting their loans. Please advise me on how to resolve this.
