We’ve all heard variations of the phrase about heroes who have the strength of 10 men. I remember being young and wondering what that would be like.

Now that I’m older, I realize that I do have that strength. You see, I always vote. This gives me the strength of 10 people—or even more.

There are more than 15 million registered voters in Texas. But you’d never know that by looking at our voter turnout.

There’s an important Constitutional Amendment Election on November 7, and if history is any indication, only about 1.2 million registered voters will exercise their right to vote.

That means that every voter who shows up this year will actually be representing about 12.5 voters.

That’s a lot of power. And, like Uncle Ben says to Peter Parker in Spiderman, “With great power comes great responsibility.”

Exercise your power this year and vote on November 7. Show you’re responsible by learning about the seven proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution by visiting texasrealtorssupport.com.
