Selling client informed me 1 zone of A/C is not working properly just after a contract was accepted but before inspections. I sent Sellers Disclosure Update. Does that extend the buyers ablility to terminate the contract for any reason as in 7.B.2 or the 1-4 Resale Contract TREC No. 20-16.
