Travel Reimbursement

New this year at REALTOR® Day, we’ll be Riding with the Brand: NAR’s Ride with the Brand member activation tour coincides with our biennial legislative advocacy event. Thanks to this partnership, Texas REALTORS® will offer up to $1,000 to reimburse participating local boards to cover transportation costs or the purchase of BBQ Lunch tickets. These funds may be used to cover bus fees or rental or airfare and may be used to cover the cost of lunch tickets. To request reimbursement each local board must submit an expense reimbursement form and provide receipts for these expenses to VPGA@texasrealtors.com. Not covered: Hotel rooms, personal (non-group) travel expenses, meals besides lunch tickets, etc.

REALTOR® Day Bus Fundraising for TREPAC

As in years past, local boards may continue to use their TREPAC corporate dollars to assist with bus transportation costs while traveling to the Texas Capitol for REALTOR® Day. If using your TREPAC corporate dollars for this purpose, you will be required to also provide a fundraising component that follows the three times rule. A local board may charge a per-seat fee, host a TREPAC trivia game, sell merchandise, or coordinate other fundraising activities. AEs may apply for reimbursement for associated expenses by filing out the TREPAC Corporate Reimbursement Form and sending it to Scout Garza at sgarza@texasrealtors.com.
