Recent CFA success: Tell Congress to Renew the National Flood Insurance Program (June-July 2018)
The National Flood Insurance Program helps thousands of Texans protect their property from flooding losses, but it was set to expire July 31, 2018. Texas REALTORS® mobilized, sending more than 16,000 messages to the U.S. House and Senate, urging them to renew the NFIP. The two chambers ultimately agreed to extend NFIP until November 2018.
