Texas REALTORS® is an approved continuing education provider with the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. If you are interested in getting a CE course approved under the Texas REALTORS® CE provider, you must submit the following application. New CE courses may only be submitted by local REALTOR® association staff or certified Texas REALTORS® instructors.

To submit CE courses for approval, applications must include:

  • Course description and statement of course relevancy to license holder
  • Number of CE hours
  • Timed outline
  • Proprietary Course permission letter*
  • Application fee payable to TREC or TALCB

*Restricted use means only the owner/author or their designee may teach the course. The permission letter must be signed by the course owner/author.

Once your application has been submitted, we will contact you to continue the process of submitting the course for TREC or TALBC approval. Please contact Bethany Greenway with any questions.
