Taught by respected REALTOR® and CCIM Instructor Pius Leung, who was named International REALTOR® of the Year by the Houston Association of REALTORS® in 1998, was CCIM Institute President in 2005 and currently serves as president of the CCIM Foundation. He is a visiting professor of the School of International Economic and Trade of the University of International Business and Economic in Beijing, China. He has taught CCIM courses in countries all over the world.
