Mission
The Leadership Development Advisory Committee (LDAC) was formed in 2021 and charged with addressing the need to examine and evaluate the options we have to grow leaders in our organization. The committee is responsible for reviewing existing programs and recommending new ways to cultivate leaders at all levels of the association. The committee is composed of current and former elected leaders, as well as local association staff, who serve a 1-year term. Committee members should be available to review leadership courses as necessary and meet at least two times per year.
